Substance Abuse Treatment

St. Martin's provides substance abuse and HIV education and counseling, case management and outreach to homeless or near-homeless individuals who also may be diagnosed with mental illness. Services to homeless or near-homeless individuals include:

  • Intake Evaluation
  • Treatment Planning
  • Counseling for individuals and groups
  • Case Management
  • Crisis Intervention
  • Housing
  • Referral (patient placement)

These services are provided both on site at St. Martin's and off-site at other providers' facilities and in settings preferred by clients. Outreach is conducted to identify homeless individuals who can benefit from these services.
