The Board of Directors for SMHC is made up of members of the community. This active and involved Board reviews and approves the annual budget, monthly departmental reports, the performance of St. Martin's Executive Director, and major policy changes for the agency. The Board's guidance has helped keep the agency's administrative costs at a low twelve-percent.
